HOW DOES IT WORK?

Loan Ranger Capital  is a local Texas company whose goal is to make the Hard Money Lending process as simple as possible. We really do make it as easy as the five step chart below. 

Find your investment property.

First, find the investment property you’d like financing on. We’re here to help in many scenarios from fix and flips, new construction, or even rental properties.

Send us the property information.

Once you find your property, send us over some information on it. This typically include the address, purchase price, and rehab budget. At Loan Ranger Capital we base our loans only on the value of your asset. No credit checks or qualifying needed.

Do the numbers add up?

At Loan Ranger Capital we underwrite all deals in house to ensure you have final loan terms in a timely manner. We never use outside appraisers which can be costly and time consuming, instead relying on our firsthand local knowledge.

Get funded in less than a week.

If you decide to move forward with us on the deal, we will then order title insurance and create loan documents. The process is very simple so we’re typically able to have your loan funded in less than a week!
