Well, the holiday season has kicked off in full swing with the arrival of Thanksgiving last week! I don’t know about you, but it always seems to arrive sooner than I am ready for.
Just some of the things we’re thankful for this year
Hopefully your holiday was a delicious and enjoyable one? With the arrival of Thanksgiving, it makes us think of what we are thankful for this year. And here, at Loan Ranger Capital, we have a lot to be thankful for that we thought we’d share in our post this week.
To start with, we’re thankful for each on of the amazing clients we’ve had the opportunity to work with throughout this year. Each one of you have been unique, interesting and taught us something as we worked with you on your various projects.
While some were certainly easier than others (and you know which projects we’re speaking about! ?), all of them were exciting to be a part of! We’ve loved seeing the basic ideas you had transform into beautiful realities.
We’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and exciting projects. In case you didn’t know all of the areas that we offer financing in and have financed over the last year, then let us share that with you! We currently are able to help clients in:
- Fix and Flip financing – With loans up to 75% of the ARV and up to 12 month terms with no credit minimums
- Construction financing – Financing is available for both residential AND commercial projects, up to 75% of value and loan terms of 12 months plus extensions.
- Buy and Hold financing – No credit minimums, up to 24 month terms plus extensions and 75% loan to value financing available
- Transactional financing – When you are wholesaling a deal, we offer up to 100% of costs and fast turn around times
And while none of the projects that we financed quite looked like the housing the Pilgrims had to build, the transformations were fantastic!
We’re proud of what our clients have done and we’re delighted and thankful to have had the opportunity to work with each of you this year. We also look forward to the opportunity to work with you again soon.
In addition to our clients, we also are thankful for all our partners and business associates that have made doing business easier and more enjoyable for all of us. With all the pieces that go into making a successful loan close, we would not be able to do all that we’ve done without each of you!
You’ve allowed us to grow and develop our business as well as close more loans this year. And while there have been times when we’ve needed you to deliver crazy fast, you were able to do that. Thank you!
And not to be forgotten is how thankful we are for our in house team and each other. We’ve got a great group of people that we work with. Day in and day out, each of them is working hard to help our clients grow and obtain the financing that they need. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that a deal is funded and closed in a time frame that works for our clients.
In addition, it’s simply a great group of people to work with. While we work hard at delivering the best service possible to our clients every day, we also enjoy what we do and have fun working together. After all, we spend a large portion of our waking hours with each other, so why not make sure that we’re working with great people that we enjoy being with.
With Thanksgiving on the mind, we’re also thankful for living and working in the great State of Texas! With so much happening in Texas, it’s hard not to get excited about living here and the opportunities that are available. After all, CNBC rated Texas as America’s Top States for Business recently. And this wasn’t the only year our Lone Star State was ranked there; Texas has been ranked four times over the last few years in the #1 position.
But living in Texas isn’t just about work. We love the quality of life that we’re able to have here and the opportunities that exist for all of us.
